NJ Machinery ® Bar forming line is designed for making single-layer or multi-layer cereal bar, nougat, snickers, protein bar, snack bar which made from fatty masses, soft and hard boiled sugar masses, aerated fatty and sugar masses, and a wide range of mixture containing nuts, fruit and cereals. This bar forming line mainly consists of bar slab forming roller, cooling tunnel, slitter, guillotine and additional equipments like z blade mixer, cooking vessel, enrober, decorator, packing machine and other units.
NJ Bar Forming Line is available in four widths: 160, 400, 600 and 800mm. All functions of the bar forming line are regulated by means of one or two PLC control cabinets which is very easy to operate and saves time.Option of incorporating a cooling tunnel for enhanced cooling of the product layers.
